badsuns: We have a lot of exciting things coming up this spring and summer. We’ve taken this first portion of the year to prepare and prepare. Writing, working, recording, writing, writing, playing shows, and writing. We are going to be recording an EP this spring and are shooting for a summer release. All dates are tentative, as of now. But in the meanwhile, we are going to be releasing a FREE two song sampler in order to have something for everyone to listen to while we work on the EP. We will be releasing it for free online download tomorrow, May 8. The first music video for the song “If You Say So” will be released on YouTube soon. Fuck yeah. Releasing new music tomorrow.

Normally, when I come to Tumblr to vent, I find a way to string together the idea of “This shit blows, I feel like my soul just got drop kicked by Peyton Manning” into an overly-long series of scambled words that sounds pseudo-poetic. I don’t usually come here to talk when I feel this way. I feel really good. I don’t feel enslaved or compromised. I feel the urge to better myself in every field. You make me want to do better, at everything. Yes, and here’s the major distinction: I don’t feel pressured to do better, or like I’m not doing a good enough job… I  am simply motivated to do better. This whole thing feels good and healthy.
